Liz is a fantastic spanish teacher. Liz taught me during my A Level Spanish course and gave me the confidence I needed in Spanish speaking. She helped me achieve grade A at A Level. She is friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable and at ease. Muchas gracias Liz xxxx

I have been learning Spanish with Liz for nearly two years now. I am so pleased I found Liz to teach me. She is all you could wish for in a teacher, friendly, fun, supportive and very inspirational. I did not know any Spanish when I started and Liz has given me the confidence and courage to build my knowledge above and beyond the basics already. Not only has she been an amazing teaching but I have also a great friend too. I highly recommend her lessons, a comfortable and welcoming environment has made my experiences a lot more enjoyable than any group/ classroom would. Muchas gracias Liz xxxx

Our 4 year old daughter started with Liz over a year ago now and she loves every minute. She doesn't see it as learning as she has that much fun. Liz provides a great learning environment and we feel lucky to have found her.

I have been learning spanish with Liz for around 2 years now. We have very fun lessons and I look forward to going every tuesday. She gives me the confidence I need to speak spanish that I don't believe you get if you go to a group class with a lot of people. Liz is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who wanted to start learning Spanish!! Muchas Gracias Liz!

I have been learning with Liz since November 2013. I was self taught until then, she has made me realise that self teach can teach you the basics, but the Spanish grammar enables me to speak more fluently and broadens my horizons when visiting spain. She has taught me so much, my language skills have improved tremendously and I am far more confident with the language. Liz is such a pleasure to learn with, she really is fantastic, and the opportunities do not stop in the classroom, we went out for a meal recently at a local restaurant where we spoke Spanish most of the night, absolutely brilliant!!!!!

Liz has been teaching my 6yr old Spanish for the last year and he thinks the lessons are 'brilliant and fun'. I love the way that Liz works with my son as an individual, encouraging him to learn in different ways that keep him interested and enjoying his lessons, such as using drama to act out the weather and Spanish jokes to learn animal names. I have been very impressed with the range of language he has learnt, which also supports his learning in school.

Liz has taught my 3 children aged 16, 5 and 2, and they absolutely love it. My eldest has just gained an A* GCSE, and my two youngest children are thriving with Liz as their teacher. They love the songs, dances, games and stories in Spanish. I would definitely recommend Liz as a tutor.

Liz's Spanish lessons are a excellent way to learn a language. Younger children can enjoy a fun-filled lesson in a friendly environment, learning through games and songs.Older students can work at a comfortable pace, in a relaxing atmosphere. Altogether, I would recommend Liz to anyone who is thinking about taking Spanish lessons. I feel that I have learned thousands of useful things that will stick with me.

I've been learning Spanish with Liz for 5 months and it has been a joy. Liz gives me so much confidence in my learning abilities and makes every single lesson fun and interesting. I have learned more than I expected to in a short time and every week I leave with even more enthusiasm for the language. Liz's teaching approach means that I am learning at my own pace whilst being challenged and encouraged to try new territory every week. I would strongly recommend lessons with Liz, she is an amazing teacher and a genuine, lovely person to learn Spanish with! She also makes the learning environment relaxed and the walls are decorated with all things Spanish, which help me as a visual learner - and also make me even more excited about Spain! Spanish lessons are by far the biggest highlight of my week. Thank you Liz!!

It's been nearly 2 years that I have been learning Spanish with Liz. Her enthusiasm for all things Spanish is infectious and her desire to teach and help her pupils improve is self evident. I look forward to my lesson every week, particularly to our discussions on points of comparative grammar, Spanish vs English !! Whether you want to learn conversation or prepare for exams, Liz would be my first choice Spanish teacher every time.

I started taking lessons with Liz a year ago with no previous knowledge of the language at all. Liz in a fantastic teacher and tailors the lessons according to my needs. In that time I have learned a lot more than I expected. We didn't just learn phrases (which you see in tourist travel guides) but proper grammar and correct use of the language. I went to Spain this summer and was able to make basic conversations with the locals- all thanks to Liz.

I've been learning spanish with liz for around 3-4 years, and in that time, have learnt so, so much. I enjoy lessons so much, and are one of the best things to look forward to in the week. After only being able to say "Hola" and "Como whaty???" I've progressed to GCSE level spanish with her, and still learn something new each lesson, helped by the word of the week! Liz is a brilliant teacher, and i would reccomend her to anyone, you definetly won't regret it! It'll be the best thing spanish-wise in your life! Thanks very much, Dan

Liz is a great teacher, I went to Liz for lessons 20yrs after doing any kind of study, it was a daunting thought, but Liz made it good fun and gave me confidence and enough knowledge to get by on my holidays to Tenerife. I have also taken my 8yr old daughter for a lesson with Liz, she loved Liz's practical approach to teaching and still sing 'arco iris' now! Liz makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and allows you to work as fast or as slow as you are able to, which is nice as some things I grasped quick other things just wouldn;t sink in. I would recommned Liz to anyone of any age, she's good fun and esay to get along with. Thanks Liz 🙂

Liz is a fantastic teacher! Started out learning grammar, sentence construction etc. in order to get a good grasp of the language itself. Liz now plans my lessons to suit my needs for my upcoming travels to Peru - including the differences between Spanish-Spanish and Latin American Spanish. Liz uses a range of methods to keep learning fun and exciting and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn the language.

Really enjoy my lessons with Liz. Lessons tailored to what you want to learn. I can honestly say that my lessons are making a difference to my understanding of the Spanish language.Learn at your own pace in a well equipped "classroom" area.

What an enjoyable learning experience! I've been learning Spanish with Liz for a year and really look forward to each session. Liz plans each lesson to suit me, moving on at my pace. However, we often go off at a tangent if something comes up in conversation (in Spanish of course!). We use lots of resources for listening, speaking and reading and the lessons fly by. I'm really pleased with the progress I've made. Thank you Liz.

Me y mi marido drove a 50 mile round trip for our Spanish lessons with Liz-such was the pleasure! She is an excellent teacher. Lots of fun & confidence inspiring. Very understanding of our specific needs & worked with us in a flexible way.I was initially looking for a native spanish speaking teacher for the accent & pronunciation but found that Liz speaks Spanish like a true native! Worth every penny of her very reasonable rates. Muchas gracias Liz. See you next year when we come back from Spain.

I have found my lessons with Liz to be exceptionally fun, thought provoking and enjoyable. Having one on one tuition is fantastic as it allows you to really engage in the language and ask any questions you may have. I look forward to my lesson every week and I would definitely recommend Liz to anyone with an interest in learning Spanish 😀

I was never a keen learner of languages at school but fancied a new challenge and got in contact with Liz about 5 months ago. Definitely one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Liz is friendly, instils me with confidence and is great fun to be around and to learn from. My ability to read, understand and write Spanish has improved greatly especially with help from Mi Vida Loca. My lesson is the highlight of my week and I would recommend her to anyone.
